Mission

Eastlake FTC's mission is to encourage middle and high school students in the Chula Vista community to discover and explore their passion for STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) fields through awareness activities that promote and inspire creativity and interactivity. To develop students’ personal strengths and maximize potential through hands-on experiences that grow interest and inspire ingenuity.

Vision

Eastlake FTC envisions a community of young students inspired to become leaders in and raise awareness about Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. To create a sustainable STEAM program by providing resources to develop FIRST® robotics teams throughout Chula Vista.

​Our organization aims to provide hands-on STEAM workshops that help students discover new interests and encourage them to continue learning in these areas.
